This Privacy Policy applies to the EpicSticker mobile app.
EpicSticker may collect photos you choose to upload, text prompts, generated stickers, account identifiers, app usage data, device information, and technical logs.
We use this data to generate AI stickers, save your sticker history, provide app functionality, prevent abuse, improve the app, fix technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.
We may use third-party service providers, including providers of cloud infrastructure, AI services, authentication, storage, analytics, and other technologies necessary to provide the app.
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers to operate the app, when required by law, or when necessary to protect our rights, users, or the app.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by the Service.
We retain the information described in the Data We Collect section only for as long as necessary to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, improve the service, or until it is deleted by you or at your request where applicable.
EpicSticker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
